Buffalo Chicken Dip
Creamy, cheesy, spicy, and everything you want in a crowd-pleasing dip. This version is rich and full of flavor with rotisserie chicken and a blend of melty cheeses.

Ingredients
Shredded rotisserie chicken (about 2–2½ cups)
1 cup hot sauce
1 cup ranch dressing
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup shredded colby jack cheese
1 cup sour cream
8 oz cream cheese, softened
Green onions, thinly sliced
Blue cheese crumbles (optional, for topping)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F.
In a large bowl, mix together chicken, hot sauce, ranch, sour cream, and cream cheese until well combined.
Fold in mozzarella and colby jack cheese.
Spread into a baking dish and top with a little extra cheese if desired.
Bake uncovered for 30 minutes, or until bubbly and golden.
Top with green onions and optional blue cheese crumbles before serving.
Recipe Notes
Serve warm with tortilla chips, crostini, or celery sticks.
You can make this ahead and refrigerate, then bake when ready.
For extra flavor, add a pinch of garlic powder or smoked paprika to the mix.
