All recipes, videos, images, and written content are owned by me and are protected by copyright.
You may not:

• Copy, redistribute, or republish my content

• Share paid content with non-subscribers

• Use my content for commercial purposes without permission

2. Subscriptions

• Free subscribers receive access to public posts and occasional newsletters.

• Paid subscribers receive exclusive recipes, bonus content, and other perks outlined in the subscription description.

• Subscriptions are billed through Substack and processed securely by Stripe.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

• You may cancel your paid subscription at any time.

• All sales are final.
  Due to the nature of digital content, no refunds will be issued once a paid subscription begins and content has been accessed.
  Please read the subscription details carefully before purchasing.

4. User Conduct

You agree to:

• Use the platform respectfully and legally

• Avoid sharing or distributing paid content

• Engage respectfully in the comments and refrain from harassment, hate speech, or spam

  Violation of these terms may result in termination of access without a refund.

5. Changes to Terms
